Engineering management
Our Engineering team carries out all activities from initial project conception through to detailed design and support in the procurement, construction, commissioning and start-up phases. It plays a critical role in coordinating all aspects of the project, ensuring that it meets the client's technical, economic, safety, quality and durability requirements.
Procurement Management
Our Procurement team performs all activities necessary to procure equipment, materials and services from initial planning to final delivery on site. It involves coordination between engineering and construction, supplier evaluation and selection, contract management, quality inspection, logistics and cost control.
Construction Management
Our Field Construction team manages everything from site preparation to commissioning and start-up of the project, including assembly and installation of all equipment and systems integration. Key activities include supervision of civil, electrical and mechanical works, quality and safety control, subcontractor management, and environmental and safety compliance.
