Operation and Maintenance
Our O&M team performs all activities necessary to ensure that the plant operates efficiently, safely and cost-effectively throughout its lifecycle. This includes all tasks related to the day-to-day operational management of the plant, preventive and corrective maintenance, safety and compliance monitoring, as well as optimising the performance of the entire facility.
ABEI’s commitment is to guarantee maximum efficiency and energy production over the lifetime of the plant, ensuring that equipment is maintained in good condition, minimising downtime and operating costs.
Operation
a. Continuous real-time monitoring and supervision and remote control of the plant through dedicated SCADA software.
b. Production management. Performance analysis. Power generation optimisation. Interconnection management. Production recording. Plant performance and availability.
c. Alarm management and troubleshooting. Fault detection. 7x24 emergency response. Repair and restoration.
Maintenance
a. Preventive maintenance. Periodic inspections and periodic maintenance plans for all the systems and elements of the installation (solar panels, inverter power centres, solar tracking system, civil and electromechanical infrastructures, evacuation lines and electrical substations for connection to the grid.
b. Corrective Maintenance. Repairs/replacements of infrastructures, elements and equipment. Management of guarantees.
Technical and Administrative Management
a. Continuous real time monitoring and supervision and remote control of the plant through dedicated CMMS software.
b. Performance Reporting. Periodic reports. Analysis of KPIs (Key Performance Indicators). Production forecasts.
